About Fable Forge Studio

We forge legends.

Based in Dubai (DMCC). Lebanese-led. Eight people, and growing. Building Threads of Light as our defining first IP.

Why FFS exists

The MENA region has had no shortage of stories worth telling. What it has had a shortage of is the kind of narrative-AA studio willing to spend years on a single one. Fable Forge Studio was built to fill that gap, on our own terms, in our own home.

Three ideas started this studio: a photoreal Arabian Peninsula, an Otherworld shaped by the protagonist's subconscious, and mental health as a mechanic that drives the gameplay. Threads of Light is the first proof of it.

How FFS works

We are eight people, and growing. We work as a distributed team on a single original IP. No work-for-hire. No second project until this one ships well.

Demo build in December 2026. Public demo in January 2027. Full release Q3 2028. Until then, our quarters are measured in puzzles solved, not features shipped.

What we're building

Emotions are places.

Don't fight your emotions. You'll always lose. Understand them, and you'll grow. Threads of Light turns that idea into a narrative action-adventure across the Arabian Peninsula, where anxiety, anger and imposter syndrome are worlds you walk through. Demo build December 2026. Public demo January 2027. Full release Q3 2028.
